Craig Morton formed Morton & Germany in 1997. Mr. Morton was admitted to practice in Tennessee state courts as well as, the United States District Court for the Western District of Tennessee in 1991. He subsequently gained admission to the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth and Fifth Circuits in 1994 and 2003, respectively. Thereafter, he was admitted to practice in the United States District Courts for both the Eastern and Western Districts of Arkansas in 2008.

Craig has over twenty (20) years of experience in litigating personal injury cases and defending the accused in both state and federal courts. He has been admitted to practice, pursuant to local rules, in the following jurisdictions:
